The day before, on October 11, in a solemn atmosphere, the ceremony of signing the agreement on cooperation and interaction between Ural State University of Economics and the Union of Small and Medium-size Businesses of Sverdlovsk Oblast was held.

On the part of USUE, the document was signed by acting Rector Vladimir Kuligin, Vice-Rector on Property Management, and on behalf of the Union, the signature was affixed by the president of the Union Anatoly Filippenko.
