July 13, at the International Trade Fair “INNOPROM" held at Yekaterinburg-Expo, the Rector of Ural State University of Economics Yakov Silin met with the Director General of HeadHunter agency Mikhail Zhukov. They agreed on long-term cooperation and signed an additional agreement on extending the term of the current agreement.
The agreements reached provide for joint events, cooperation in research activities, master classes and consultations for students from HeadHunter experts on successful employment and behavior in the labor market.
Looking back, the interaction of the University with HeadHunter Yekaterinburg branch (director Anna Khvostova) started with the signing of a cooperation agreement in 2016.
A number of events have already been conducted: master-classes on the Day of HR-manager from Anna Khvostova on the topic "Modern Online Recruiting Tools" for students majoring in "HR Management", participation in the event "Profi Elka" with master classes from a marketing and PR expert Olga Gibadullina "How to Find a Dream Job." HeadHunter launched an educational project «Academy» for fourth-year students. The interaction of the University with a powerful search system continued in the "single window" mode, which makes it possible to increase the information accessibility and literacy of searching for necessary vacancies for students and graduates, to increase the speed of searching for prestigious places of internship and employment of students and graduates, and also to find ambitious and talented potential specialists for employers.
