УрГЭУ укрепляет позиции на международной образовательной арене
USUE representatives met with Chen Shan, Director of the international Department of the Jiangxi Fenglin College of Foreign Economy & Trade and Jiang Shiwen, Dean of the International College.
Chinese colleagues visited Yekaterinburg to learn more about training programs and key areas of the leading economic university in the Urals.
USUE rector Yakov Silin welcomed the guests: "we often visit the people's Republic of China. The history of friendship between our countries and peoples is very long. We want to develop international cooperation at the level of our educational institutions."
The conversation was also attended by USUE Vice-rector for social work Roman Krasnov, USUE Institute of Economics Director Valery Dubrovsky, USUE Institute of management And information technology Director Alexander Kokovikhin, USUE Institute of trade, food technologies and service Director Vladimir Lazarev, USUE College Director Tatiana Maltseva.
Chen Shan and Jiang Shiwen expressed their willingness to participate in joint educational activities and exchange programs with USUE and discussed the possibility of training Chinese students at the Preparatory faculty for foreign citizens of USUE.
Jiangxi Fenglin College of Foreign Economy & Trade was established in 2003. The educational institution has 5 faculties, about 3000 full-time students, more than 200 teachers.
72 students from China study at USUE. There are more than 1,000 international students from 56 countries in all forms of education. It is important to note that the Ural state University of Economics has long been cooperating with educational organizations of the People's Republic of China: Lanzhou University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Huaqiao University, Zhengzhou University, Harbin University of Commerce and Shihezi University.
