February 25, a meeting of the Commission for the Development of Competences and Qualifications System of the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs took place. The event was attended by 30 managers of manufacturing enterprises, as well as representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
The meeting was held at the site of NPO Avtomatiki. Among the participants were Tatyana Kansafarova, Executive Vice President of the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and Daniil Mazurovsky, Vice President of the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Opening the event, Yakov Silin, USUE rector and the chairperson of the Commission, noted that today the business of the Sverdlovsk region faced the task of developing managerial competencies.
Besides, the meeting participants discussed the requests region's employers set for the key competencies of managers, and drew up a skills model for linear management. After the meeting, they visited the Museum of Cosmonautics and Rocket and Space Equipment of NPO Avtomatiki, as well as the Center for the Development of Civilian Products of the enterprise.
