Чьи блины вкуснее?

First-year students of the Institute of Trade, Food Technologies and Service studied culinary traditions, got creative and demonstrated acumen in the competition "Make Merry, Shrovetide!" The students competed in making pancakes together with schoolchildren.
 

Six teams of two persons each participated in the competition. The students were given an hour to make pancakes. The jury consisted of teachers from the USUE Department of Nutrition Technology Ekaterina Minikhanova and Ekaterina Kryukova, a writer and publicist Konstantin Lazutkin, and the chair of the USUE Department of Quality Management Olga Pliska.     
 
The jury decided that the most delicious pancakes were made by the students of the Department of Merchandizing and Goods Expertise, the second place was taken by the students of the Department of Quality Management and the third – by the Department of Food Technology.
